IN this age of global meltdown, Africa continent will be better off to engage itself in massive agriculture to feed its massive populace so as to escape hunger that may accompany global meltdown. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) stated at the 16th session of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development (UNCSD-16) in 2008, that about 216 million people, translating to one out of every seven person in Africa, are classified as undernourished.
