Mallam Yahaya Gusau (1915-2008)
ALHAJI Yahaya Gusau, who died recently, at the age of 93 in his Kaduna residence, was a distinguished civil servant, teacher, administrator and elder statesman. He will be specially missed particularly as he was one of the very few first generation leaders in Northern Nigeria, who through words and deeds, influenced many people in the region.
