CORPORATE high fliers and celebrities including Funke Akindele, Bob-Manuel Udokwu, Oge Okoye, Ini Edo, Kate Henshaw, Ayo Makun (AY) and stakeholders in the construction industry recently gathered at the Lekki office of Haven Homes to witness the unveiling of the company’s luxury houses.

Coming in four units of four-bedroom terrace with penthouse or five units of five-bedroom detached apartment, the houses built to reflect occupier’s lifestyles are complimented with ornately arranged lights and glass windows encased in concrete form for natural lighting to filter in.

According to Tayo Sonuga, managing director of Haven Homes and Play-in-Architecture, “the introduction of the houses into the country is to give Nigerians opportunity to enjoy some of the luxuries they are used to seeing in five-star hotels across the globe.”

“Our focus is to provide ultra luxurious homes that offer unique and individual layouts, abundant natural light, mezzanine levels, galleries, bridges, atriums and sometimes, roof terraces.  The houses come with features such as fitted kitchen with acrylic wood or laminate cabinets of different colour combinations and mini bar, while the master bedroom is designed to include suspended galleries, double spa Jacuzzi and private living room/study on the upper floor.”

Apart from the ancillary fittings, occupants in different rooms can at the same time listen to different music or watch different TV stations.

“At the touch of a button, you can watch any satellite channel, video or DVD from any room, listen to any music of your choice or even connect to external cameras to see what’s going on outside from any of the rooms,” he said.
