TO spotlight the contributions of Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Governor of Kano State, to the democratic process of Nigeria, a book chronicling the achievement of the governor would be launched in Kano State at a date yet to be announced.

According to a release by a Kano-based company, TASJ Concepts Limited, the book titled, The Silent Achiever:  Engr. (Dr) Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso And The Kano-Is-Working Agenda was inspired by the transformation policies of the governor.

The company said it is convinced that Kwankwaso is one of the most under-celebrated governors in Nigeria and therefore needs to be celebrated by corporate bodies and well-meaning Nigerians who are interested in seeing democracy work in the country.

In view of the palpable development and sundry on-going capital projects being executed by the governor, the company said it was not surprised when Transparency In Nigeria (TIN) recently awarded Kano State the most Budget-disciplined State in Nigeria, as there were strong evidences of excellent performance by the governor.

“It is a general opinion that honest commendation of performing leaders will encourage them and others to do more, and that is the desire of the authors,” the statement said.
