
Recipe (for six servings)
• 6 tablespoons of cooked corn
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 3 tomatoes (sliced)
• 10 tablespoons groundnut oil
• 100 grammes of boil shrimps
• 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
• 1 fresh pepper (chopped)
• 6 hard boiled eggs (cut vertically)
• Salt and seasonings
Method
Heat the oil and fry the corn, pepper, onions and tomatoes for seven minutes. Add the boiled shrimps and combine everything. Garnish and serve with hard-boiled eggs.
