A big issue we have to tackle is what to snack on, especially at work. Last year, we talked about incorporating more snacks and regular eating into our daily diet to help keep our metabolism running throughout the day.

I think we should go over some simple snack ideas to help us on this journey. Keep an open mind to some of the suggestions; remember you are trying to do things differently. If anything sounds strange, give it a month’s try and see if you like it. If you don’t, let it go and try another. A half mug of live yogurt mixed with some fresh fruit pieces like apples, pineapple, tangerine, or nuts.

1 cucumber- wash, slice round or into batons and munch away. You can also try it with come yogurt.
