THE Provost, Christ Church Cathedral, Marina, Lagos, Very Rev. Pelu Johnson, has urged Christians to prepare themselves for heaven’s trial.

Pelu Johnson, who noted that all human beings would, some day, stand judgment, gave the admonition at the wake-keep service for Madam Adejoke Daramola, daughter of late Alake of Egba-land, Oba Ladpio Adenola and mother of Lagos State Afenifere Chairman, Chief Supo Shonibare.

The cleric warned that there would be no plea-bargains in heaven or provision for legal representations.  Dignitaries at the wake-keep, funeral service and reception included Chief Olu Falae; Sir Olaninhun Ajayi; Chief Olusegun Osoba; Chief Ayo Adebajo and Senator Femi Okunrunmu, among others.
