Mutual Benefits holds AGM
MUTUAL Benefits Assurance Plc will hold its 16th yearly general meeting on Thursday December 27, 2012 at 11 am. The venue of the event is the Grand Ball Room, Eko Hotel & Suite, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island Lagos.
The AGM is another opportunity for the board and management to interface with the numerous shareholders for a more robust relationship.
The event also gives an opportunity for the board to brief the shareholders on its stewardship in the past year.
Shareholders, who wish to attend the yearly general meeting must be listed in the register of members now maintained by Meristem Registrars Limited.
The company had earlier announced a profit before tax of N916 million and gross premium (non-life and life) of N10.1 million in the 2011 financial year.
