
Recipes (for six)
• 6 medium ears corn
• 2 cups of chopped celery
• 2 cups of chopped green pepper
• 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon of grated onion
• 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A hot pepper sauce.
Method
Boil the corn, cool and cut from the cob. Mix with celery, green pepper, eggs and pimiento. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir into the corn mixture; chill and serve in tomatoes.
