BRC launches home lottery

BRC Homes Limited, in conjunction with Centage Savings and Loans Limited, has launched a scheme that is to offer less privileged Nigerians an opportunity to own 87 duplexes equipped with modern amenities.

Speaking at the unveiling and official launch of the 'Own a Home Lottery,' Dr. Jennifer Madike, Partner/CEO of BRC Homes Ltd, said the project seeks to remove the less privileged Nigerians from the streets and into accommodation that is befitting of human beings.

Madike said with N1,500 scratch card fee, Nigerians can now boast of a place they can call home. She said the scratch cards which is the key to participating in the lottery, various branches of leading banks and mortgage institutions nationwide and at BRC Homes offices in London and Lagos. She assured that fairness and equity would guide the draws, which will be held quarterly according to entries.

Also at the launching ceremony, Mr. John Gabriel Ndukwe, MD/CEO of Centage Savings and Loans Limitd said the 87 housing units are located at Crown Estate and Garden Veiw Estate, Lekki, Lagos. He added that the houses are valued at N45 million each.
