BREAKING: Court denies Nnamdi Kanu bail
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Friday declined the bail request from the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and the director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu, David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu are standing for alleged treasonable offences including planned secession of Republic of Biafra from Nigeria.
Justice John Tsoho, who heard the case, ordered that Kanu should be remanded in prison custody on the ground that the accused persons have not shown the court that they would not return to the crime which they were alleged to have committed.
The judge adjourned the trial till February 9, 10, 11 and 12 for trial

Good judgement
Hmmm Where does the presumption of innocence stand in this ‘erudite’ judgement?
BIAFRA Is a Terrorist organisation. The Man is lucky to be in jail. Terrorist should be shoot at sight as an Enemy combatant against the Nation. He, Kanu get automatic life sentence with out wasting time and resources on trial.
We will review and take appropriate action.
