FORMER President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, will be honoured at the yearly Dinner Gala night of Diplomatic Circlers in Geneva, Switzerland early next year.

Jonathan is the first African leader in and out of office that will be so honoured by the revered group for his democratic credentials and upholding human rights in Africa.

The Diplomatic Circle is a group of diplomats from all over the world.

The former President, who will also be the guest of honour, will deliver a keynote address at the event which will hold on January 21, 2016.

Since he conceded defeat at the last presidential election and congratulated the winner, Jonathan’s image has continued to soar internationally and he has become a model for other African leaders. With the honour from Diplomatic Circles, he has again engraved his name in Africa’s book of first amid his rising profile as not only a national asset to Nigeria but to Africa and global community.
