Monalisa-Chinda-supports-kk-fibroid-surgeriesNollywood’s diva Monalisa Chinda will on Friday, November 20, 2015 grace the Debut Seminar of the Obi Ikenchukwu Foundation (OIF) at the upscale Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos by 10am.

The Port Harcourt born actress who came into public consciousness in 1996 with the movie ‘’Pregnant Virgin’’ will be on a panel constituted by the Foundation to address several social issues at the event. The seminar has been themed ‘’Empowering The Orphan Child and Female Victims of Violence/Domestic Violence’’. Chinda who has featured in more than 80 movies will be on hand to shed more light on the plight of the orphan child, victims of violence, especially the girl child victim and the child hawker in our society.

The Obi Ikenchukwu Foundation is a charity based in Lagos, Nigeria, which advocates against violence towards children especially the girl child.
