WITH American housing market looking a lot healthier, 3Invest has yet again partnered with Texas – based real estate investment company – Houston EB5 for the capital raising drive in the Africa region for another real estate investment opportunity – a residential project, Arabella.

Houston EB5 is, offering potential investors prospect of a good return on investment (ROI), investing in Arabella will make investors eligible for permanent residency in the United States through the EB-5 programme.

The programme allows investors who make a qualified investment to fast track permanent legal residency in the United States for themselves and their immediate family without the usual roadblocks or red tape associated with the immigration process.

Arabella is a 33-storey, 99 residence contemporary tower with two, three and four bedroom floor plans, positioned next to the highly anticipated River Oaks District, and a short three blocks from the Galleria.

In 2010, Houston EB5 tapped a federal programme targeting wealthy foreigners to fund their real estate projects. Houston EB5 boasts a 100 per cent success rate on Green Card approvals and because of this success they have now started raising funds for their next project, a luxury contemporary tower in Downtown Houston called Arabella.

Speaking at a press briefing, 3Invest’s Chief Executive – Ms. Ruth Obih stated how excited her team is to see yet another new project from Houston EB5.

This is the second project this year and the third project, we have been privileged to be working on as exclusive regional industry partner. “Every architectural detail of Arabella is a reflection of the belief that a high rise home begins with the art of superior exterior modeling, and concludes with customized interior finishes similar to the great new genre of high rises ascending skyward in NYC.

From the stunning entrance facade, to the spectacular lobby, Arabella aspires to “move the design needle” forward for Houston.” “High-rise living at Arabella offers a short stroll to River Oaks District or the iPic movie theaters.

You will soon have the chance to enter the jewel box lobby, finding a world of design created by 212 Box from New York, the award winning architectural team that is responsible for over 100 Christian Louboutin stores worldwide.

A Houston Luxury Condominium Developer, Randall Davis, and his partner in Houston EB5, Mexico City native and Houston entrepreneur Roberto Contreras, are completing construction on the Astoria building, and are excited about the development of Arabella; a 33-story, 99-residence comtmeporary tower in Downtown Houston. “The majority of the investors who subscribed to Houston EB5 previous projects are from Mexico and other Latin American countries with Nigeria close behind”, said Acho Azuike, Managing Director of Houston EB5 Regional Center.

For future projects we plan to attract more investors from Nigeria because they have comprised a large part of our past developments. Nigerians are familiar with the Houston area already and we now have a track record of success because of our Astoria, Block 384 and Marlowe projects.
