Lagos Island Hotels Go For Room Rate Reduction

A number of hotels located in Ikoyi, Lagos Island have reduced their room rates to attract more guests.

The rate reduction ranges from 40 to 4 percent as displayed on a hotel booking site, Jovago.

The West wood hotel Ikoyi, which formally charged N50000, now charges N30000, representing 40 percent reduction.

Magmercy Apartment and Elion House both located at Dolphin Estate have reduced room rates by 25 percent translating to 15000 and 36000 per room respectively.

While Bogobiri house, Three Arms, Clear Essence California and Precinct Comfort Services reduced room rates by 20 percent, Tae Suites   and Upper Class Suites cashed the rates by 15 percent.

Lakeem Suites reduced its room rate by 10 percent while Amara Suites, Zulu Lounge and Amara Suites went for 5 percent cut.
