Group Canvasses Support For New NPA Boss

The appointment of Alhaji Lamido Sanusi Ado Bayero, the Chiroman Kano, as the managing director of Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) has been described as a step in the right direction to foster greater development and national unity.

This was contained in a statement jointly signed by the president and national secretary of Nigeria Youths Patriots (NYP), Comrade Collins Ibe and Danjuma Galadima respectively.

The body called on Nigerians, particularly the ports authority management and staff to cooperate with the new managing director to take the organisation to greater heights. They further said that if given the chance, Ado Bayero would bring a lot of innovations to bear on the country’s port administration, thereby enhancing performance and productivity.
