4th E.A Adeboye Mathematics competition kicks off

THE preliminary quiz competition of the 4th edition of E.A. Adeboye Mathematics Challenge has been fixed for May 9th, 2015. It is to be held in 10 educational districts in Lagos State.

In the first round, each participating school is expected to send in two of their best mathematics students, from senior secondary school two.

The final stage, which would include the best schools from the 10 districts, will hold on May 25th at the multi purpose hall of Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

According to the event coordinator, Pastor Akin Adekeye, “The winning school will go home with a table top computer, laptop, trophy, medals and lots more. The same goes for the first and second runner up. In addition to this, the winning school has a project money to pick up. The best mathematics student will also go home with a tablet, he concluded

The winning schools will also meet with the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye.

The E.A Adeboye Mathematics Challenge is organised by The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lagos Province 5 (Apapa Family) and is in collaboration with the Lagos State ministry of Education.
