THE Founder and Coordinator of Awesome Treasures Foundation (ATF), Mrs Olajumoke Adenowo, was recently joined by other men of God at the Foundation’s 7th Annual Prayer Summit, as they lifted their voices together in prayers for a new and blessed Nigeria.

The prophetic prayer summit was held in Lagos with the theme: “Generations.”

Adenowo, a renowned Architect, who was recently listed as one of the top 100 influential women in Nigeria and also featured on CNN as Africa’s Starchitect, enjoined everyone at the helm of affairs in Nigeria to be wary of evil counsel but to rather follow to the letter, the oath of office they took when they were sworn in.

In her passionate plea to politicians, the ATF Coordinator further stressed that no word in the Nigerian Oath of Office should be taken with levity, as they are key factors to a greater country. She advised voters to be careful of whom they vote into power during the forthcoming elections.

She also assured Nigerians not to be downcast about the present situation in the country now but rather rejoice for the time of the righteous has finally come in Nigeria.

Beyond her thought-provoking teachings, prayers and insights for a better and new Nigeria, she was joined by Pastor Ayo Abisagboola, Resident Pastor of Christian Community Church International Lagos, Pastor Wale Adefarasin, General Overseer of Guiding Light Assembly; Mr. Fela Durotoye, Chief Executive Officer of the  Gemstone Group, a leadership development institution with a distinct mandate to raise a generation of leaders that are empowered, motivated and stirred to operate with natural excellence and Mr. Tonye Cole, Managing Director of Sahara Group and Advisory Board Member of the ATF who all  prayed aggressively for Nigeria at the summit.

The 2015 National Prayer summit was well attended by people from all walks of life. In attendance were Mr. Korede Adenowo, Managing Director/ Regional Head of Financial Institutions for West and Central Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, Africa; Tara Fela-Durotoye, CEO of House of Tara International, Justice Sola Williams, Justice Oke Lawal, both Judges of Lagos State and Board of Trustee members and Mrs. Yetunde Holloway, a Board of Trustee Member, among others.

The summit was agog with the melodious songs of upbeat gospel music artist, Modele, who kept the crowd dancing with the intermittent noise of a Shofar.
